1、外部组织管理实践调研：跟踪一线互联网与科技公司在组织管理方面的最新做法； 2、重点关注AI对组织的影响：包括AI工具在组织内如何使用、AI对角色分工和组织规模的影响、AI驱动的组织效率变化等； 3、通过公开资料、行业报告、访谈、社区讨论等多渠道获取信息，输出可直接被业务使用的对比分析、案例库和行业Digest； 4、组织管理流程与系统优化：梳理现有组织管理流程（岗位创建、编制申请、汇报线变更、岗位职级管理等），找出卡点、冗余环节和体验问题； 5、参与内部人力管理系统的功能规划与迭代，包括需求梳理、原型评审、上线后效果跟踪，与产品、研发、HRBP协作，把优化方案推到上线，并持续度量效果。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读； 2、信息获取能力：擅长用AI、搜索、行业报告、社区、访谈等多种方式找到一手信息，能判断信息可信度； 3、结构化思考和文字表达：能把一个模糊问题拆成清晰的子问题，输出有逻辑的调研报告或方案；能写出简洁、客观的研究笔记和方案文档； 4、每周到岗4天及以上，可实习3个月以上； 5、中文与英文均可作为工作语言，能阅读英文行业报告与论文。
