团队介绍：Data-抖音团队，负责抖音APP的推荐算法、AI大模型应用、内容算法、智能对话等算法工作，对接全链路各体裁（短视频，图文）各业务（内容消费，互动，UGC，双列，社交，生态，垂类，创作，消息，汽水音乐，精选，随变，增长投放，评论，内容理解&安全、智能对话等）。我们的工作涉及大规模推荐算法的优化、多业务复杂约束下的优化问题、多模态内容理解、LLM基础技术研究、业务Agent化和创新AI落地应用、CV/NLP等多个学术领域的算法改进工作、对多种场景的推荐架构的设计和实现和对产品数据的复杂深入的分析工作。在这里，你可以深入钻研机器学习算法的改进和优化，探索工业界最领先的推荐系统架构和推荐大模型算法、可以通过使用最新的大模型技术支持抖音的AI分身、业务智能化、智能客服等创新探索；可以通过对产品的深度理解和思考，将算法应用到业务中去；也可以通过对产品和内容生态的深度分析，影响产品未来的发展方向。

1、针对全网超十亿级用户群体，落地精准广告投放触达方案，支撑业务高质量完成新用户获取与老用户增长目标； 2、负责搭建用户LTV长期价值预估、用户超长序列建模、多目标转化预估模型、实时流量优选+多渠道决策，持续提升业务投放增长效率； 3、负责因果推断/强化学习智能竞价、生成式动态调价、DSP实时竞价引擎算法迭代，建设业界领先的出价引擎；为业务投放增长提供核心支撑； 4、打造端到端自主决策投放智能体，基于强化学习算法迭代投放Agent调控策略，优化预算分配、自动化建广全链路逻辑，持续优化ROI等核心指标，为全流程自动化投放提供底层AI支撑。

1、硕士学位及以上，计算机、统计学等相关专业； 2、具备扎实的编码能力、数据结构和算法功底； 3、扎实的机器学习理论和应用基础，熟悉任意一种常见的领域算法或者曾经参与相关工作，包括推荐、广告、搜索以及NLP、因果推断等； 4、了解大语言模型基础原理，有LLM Agent、工具调用、规划反思类项目落地经验优先；理解Transformer Encoder/Decoder基础架构； 5、具备复杂业务建模、线上实验迭代、数据分析复盘能力，逻辑清晰，擅长跨团队协同，对AI自动化投放有强烈探索意愿，能攻坚线上复杂业务问题。

加分项： 1、有搜索、广告、推荐相关算法在业务中应用的经验，尤其是自动化投放相关经验者加分； 2、有高质量论文、机器学习/ACM竞赛奖励者加分。
