1、具备较强数据分析能力，对数据敏感，对结果负责，能够基于数据推动服务策略和AI运营优化； 2、具备跨部门沟通协作能力，具备AI产品、智能工具运营或策略落地意识； 3、具备推动产品需求能力，有流程、产品优化和改善经历优先，有智能化运营、AI提效项目经验者优先。
