1、区域策略运营：针对抖音本地生活江苏区域业务制定商圈增长策略，做好区域城市渗透的长线经营规划，促进核销GMV增长； 2、经营方法运营：结合江苏各城市特性，制定清晰的城市x商圈运营策略，通过货品/渠道等经营满足用户需求，提升订单转化； 3、资源整合：通过内外部协同、营销策略并整合各项资源（包括但不限于机构/达人等）促进城市的商家供给覆盖及GMV增长； 4、经营研究：关注市场情况，研究节点及重点品类趋势，提出应对策略，系统沉淀运营方法论。

1、1年以上生活服务运营、电商生意经营相关工作经验，有生活服务运营，电商生意经营经验优先； 2、有互联网运营销售支持/品牌方客户经营经验优先； 3、自我驱动，踏实勤奋，有良好的沟通表达能力和跨团队协调拿结果的能力；具备主动思考和创造性思维； 4、善于数据分析，逻辑性强，面对复杂业务问题能够抽象提炼系统化解决方案。
