1、负责制造行业（优先能源化工行业）解决方案工作，熟悉了解能源化工行业业务流程和数字化方案，有能源化工行业规模企业服务经验，包括能源、煤炭、石化、基础化工材料等细分行业； 2、了解能源化工行业和企业的业务痛点，能够对话企业中高层管理者并传递产品和服务价值，针对企业提供专业的管理与业务咨询建议，解决企业问题； 3、对AI等新技术有认知，有较强的学习能力，能够通过整合内外部资源，基于市场和客户需求产出行业策略和解决方案，匹配行业共性痛点，提升产品在制造行业的综合竞争力和影响力； 4、基于行业认知、企业共性需求、市场分析等多角度，对接产品研发团队，传递市场需求、提供专业意见，帮助产品进行迭代，以更好的匹配和引领市场需求。

1、本科及以上学历，熟悉SaaS/协同/安全/云计算/大数据等相关信息化产品； 2、熟悉能源化工行业的价值链、行业趋势、客户痛点、IT系统与数字化建设趋势、流程数字化转型实践、管理、组织建设等； 3、具备客户的销售/售前/咨询等相关经验，具备招投标、安全合规等项目管控经验优先； 4、具备建立高层客户关系的经验、良好的高层对话/演讲能力、优秀的内外沟通协调能力； 5、擅长文档和PPT的各类形式的方案制作，能够基于企业需求提供定制化咨询方案； 6、有一定数据敏感性和行业分析能力，能独立产出行业分析和策略洞察。
