1、负责TikTok直播的用户产品建设，包括但不限于直播活动内容分发策略，活动中心化场景建设，提升直播场景用户黏性与使用体验，提升直播国际化业务经营效率，支持直播国际化业务的生态增长和营收增长； 2、协同研发、算法、运营、设计等团队，独立管理项目，提升TikTok直播流量利用率，从全局视角提出解决方案，推动产品能力迭代，提升TikTok直播核心指标与用户体验，确保平台产品在效率与功能体验上保持竞争力； 3、制定合理的数据衡量指标，持续关注并挖掘各功能模块的效率及逻辑优化，能不断进行产品模式创新与业务迭代，涉及平台活动策略框架，降低运营决策成本，提升运营效率和效果； 4、对国内外同类产品有明确研究，通过调研、反馈收集和数据分析等方式明确用户需求，提炼有效的产品方向。

1、本科及以上学历，5年以上相关产品经验，有内容型产品、内容运营或策略经验，对直播行业有深入理解的优先； 2、较强的用户产品规划和交互设计能力，关注用户体验，拥有业务视角，能够自驱动转化推进产品能力的建设，高效独立完成项目推进落地； 3、熟悉增长方法论，有较强的综合决策能力，能够高质量的完成目标拆解和优先级判断；有较强增长实战经验，对于数据和推荐策略敏感，可以良好的和策略分析、数据、推荐保持良好的合作关系；有优秀的逻辑理解和数据分析能力，可以通过数据反馈挖掘问题，并提供相应策略和解决方案支持； 4、有国际化背景，对探索不同文化背景下用户的需求共性及差异感兴趣，英语可作为工作语言优先。
