1、用户洞察：通过用户反馈、访谈、服务数据等信息，识别用户在服务过程中的痛点、断点和关键需求，并分析问题产生的原因； 2、流程设计：参与梳理用户服务全流程，围绕用户体验指标，运用用户旅程图、服务蓝图、流程图等方法，设计和优化服务流程、服务策略及SOP； 3、方案落地：综合考虑用户体验、服务成本、运营效率及业务目标，参与设计可执行、可规模化的服务流程；协同内容治理团队、产品运营研发等团队推动方案落地，并通过体验和经营数据验证效果、持续迭代； 4、体验优化：结合不同用户群体的价值、需求及服务场景，合理设计服务分层、触达方式与资源投入，在保障用户体验的同时提升人效和资源使用效率； 5、工具应用：关注AI及效率工具在服务场景中的应用，参与服务知识、流程及运营工具的优化建设。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，专业不限；工业设计、服务设计、用户体验、心理学、社会学、管理学、统计学等相关专业优先； 2、具备较强的用户同理心和问题洞察能力，能够从用户视角理解需求并提出有逻辑的解决方案； 3、逻辑清晰，能够梳理复杂流程、定位关键问题，并形成结构化的分析和方案； 4、具备良好的沟通协作能力，能够与不同团队共同推动方案落地； 5、对用户体验和服务流程设计有热情，学习能力强，愿意持续探索和应用新的方法与工具。
