1、参与基于大语言模型的搜索算法研发，包括Query理解与改写、语义检索、文档排序、生成式摘要与回答等方向，持续提升搜索效果指标； 2、负责小说/短剧场景下的多模态内容检索，优化向量检索、混合检索（稀疏+稠密）、重排序等链路，提升召回质量与排序精度； 3、推动大模型在搜索场景的工程化落地，包括模型训练/微调、推理加速、在线服务架构设计，平衡效果、延迟与成本； 4、探索对话式搜索、多轮Query理解、个性化搜索等前沿方向，构建更智能的内容发现体验； 5、建设搜索效果评估体系，设计离线/在线评测指标，通过A/B实验驱动算法迭代，用数据说话。

1、2027届获得硕士及以上学位，计算机科学、人工智能、软件工程、数学、统计学等相关专业； 2、扎实的机器学习、深度学习基础，熟悉常见模型架构（Transformer、BERT、GPT等），理解注意力机制、预训练与微调范式； 3、对搜索/推荐系统有一定了解，熟悉信息检索基本原理（倒排索引、BM25、向量检索、Learning to Rank等），有搜索/推荐相关项目或实习经验者优先； 4、有大语言模型相关实践经验，包括但不限于Prompt Engineering、SFT/RLHF微调、RAG（检索增强生成）、大模型推理优化等； 5、熟练掌握Python/C++，具备良好的工程编码习惯，熟悉PyTorch/TensorFlow等深度学习框架，有分布式训练或高性能推理优化经验者优先； 6、具备优秀的逻辑思维和问题拆解能力，能够从业务问题出发，设计算法方案并推动落地，对数据敏感，有较强的结果导向意识，具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能够跨团队推动项目，乐于分享与学习。

加分项 1、有搜索/推荐/NLP方向顶会论文发表（SIGIR、WWW、KDD、ACL、EMNLP、NeurIPS等）； 2、有大模型预训练、指令微调、RLHF等完整流程实践经验； 3、熟悉向量数据库（FAISS、Milvus、Weaviate等）、混合检索技术与多模态检索（文本+图片+视频）相关技术； 4、有LLM推理加速经验（vLLM、TensorRT-LLM、量化、蒸馏等）； 5、有小说/短剧/内容平台相关实习或项目经验； 6、有开源项目贡献或Kaggle/算法竞赛获奖经历。
