1、大学本科及以上学历； 2、2-3年相关业务团队运营管理经验，具备O2O/BD/本地生活商户运营管理经验的优先，具备新开城经验者优先； 3、具备景区开拓经验或客户资源积累的优先； 4、具备新媒体/自媒体运营管理经验，或有短视频内容营销管理经验者优先； 5、具备优秀的目标管理能力、团队管理能力； 6、工作富有激情，人际沟通能力强，思维敏捷，能拿结果，擅长打造有执行力的团队。
