1、负责围绕电商内容生态中的短视频、直播、图文、达人、商家与商品等对象开展数据分析与建模，构建内容质量、创作者成长、用户体验、生态健康度等指标体系，识别关键问题与优化机会； 2、负责分析影响内容消费、互动转化，结合曝光、点击、互动、转化、复购、负反馈、举报、审核与治理结果等数据，产出可解释的业务洞察与策略建议； 3、参与建设内容原子标签、内容簇、达人/商家/商品/直播间画像等数据资产，对大规模行为序列、内容特征、关系网络与多模态信息进行统计建模和探索分析，支撑内容理解能力； 4、参与运用智能技术搭建内容生态质量与风险监控、异常预警体系和根因分析框架，推动持续优化； 5、主动使用大模型TRAE、Codex、Claude Code、数据分析Agent等AI工具提升工作效率，包括代码开发、SQL生成、数据探索、实验分析、洞察归纳等；同时具备对AI输出进行验证、修正和沉淀的能力。

1、硕士及以上学位在读，统计、计算机、数学、信息、工业工程、经济管理等相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的数据分析与编码能力，熟练使用Python数据栈，熟悉SQL（Hive/SparkSQL），了解数据建模与性能优化；熟悉Spark/Hadoop等大数据工具者优先；具备扎实的统计学、机器学习、因果推断等数据科学理论基础及应用经验，具备业务问题拆解、指标体系搭建和复杂数据分析能力； 3、对内容生态、推荐系统、电商业务、创作者经济、用户行为分析或多模态AI有兴趣，具备良好的业务理解能力、逻辑思维能力和跨团队沟通协作能力； 4、积极应用TRAE、Codex、Claude Code、数据分析Agent工具辅助分析、编码和研究者优先； 5、有大模型、多模态、推荐系统、图算法、序列建模、AIGC内容识别、RAG/Agent等相关项目经验者优先； 6、在数据挖掘/机器学习顶会（KDD、WWW、WSDM、ICML、NeurIPS、VLDB等）有论文，或在Kaggle、天池等竞赛中取得优异成绩者优先。
