1、大规模容灾与常态化兜底；参与交易广告全链路的常态化与应急容灾建设，保障系统营收； 2、应急大模型与智能排障；参与用大模型和Agent重构线上应急响应、客户问题排查与自动归因止损，把资深工程师的排障经验沉淀成智能系统； 3、算法质量；参与交易广告的特征、样本与模型质量保障和测试体系建设，从源头拦住模型质量问题，而不是等它到线上才发现； 4、持续交付与灰度泳道；参与灰度、实验与发布建设，将不可灰度系统实现灰度，在每一次变更之前，拦住线上故障； 5、架构与平台建设；参与核心系统的稳定性架构设计开发，以及持续交付、应急容灾、大模型等平台的搭建，为大规模算法工程系统的整体稳定性负责。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机等相关专业优先； 2、计算机基础扎实，深入理解数据结构、算法、操作系统与计算机网络； 3、精通至少一门编程语言，C++/Go优先，Java、Python等亦可； 4、有良好的工程能力与代码素养，能写出清晰、可维护、可靠的代码； 5、逻辑分析能力强，能对复杂业务和系统做合理的抽象与拆分； 6、求知欲和学习能力强，沟通协作好，面对未知问题愿意主动钻研、有负责人意识。
