1、校园招聘策略制定：参与公司校园招聘策略与校招运营相关工作，包括但不限于校招政策制定、校招策略分析、顶尖技术人才招聘等； 2、重点高校关系建设：协调内部资源与高校需求对接，维护高校关系，洞察高校动态，挖掘潜在机会，促成与国内重点高校建立深度合作； 3、候选人洞察和分析：长期运营和维护校园人才关系，搭建人才池，洞察学生求职需求变化，为公司持续招募高潜力人才； 4、校园活动设计和运营：策划并执行校园品牌活动（技术竞赛、特色沙龙等），制定活动全流程方案，协调资源保障落地，提升公司雇主品牌影响力，助力校招宣传； 5、行业洞察和策略支持：对外部人才市场、业务趋势、招聘策略等进行洞察，前瞻性分析行业内潜在的优秀人才和招聘策略，结合高校科研、学生就业动态，为业务团队提供人才战略、校企合作及招聘策略建议。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读； 2、有较强的项目管理能力和目标感，有责任心与自驱意识，能够有效推动项目进展，达成最终结果； 3、有较高的人际敏感度，良好的沟通能力，能够高效对接多方需求； 4、出色的数据分析能力，工作态度严谨细致，能够从数据中发现和解决问题； 5、加分项：英文流利。
