1、负责承接部分字节跳动国际化业务线的收款、退款、付款等交易功能的集成需求，与上下游产品与研发团队密切配合推动需求落地； 2、参与收单交易产品或钱包交易产品功能的优化迭代，以提升交易产品功能的完善性； 3、参与支付成功率等支付核心指标的分析与洞察，通过数据分析挖掘核心指标的提升空间并制定策略。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读； 2、具备优秀的沟通能力，具备自主数据分析能力及相关技能，具备良好的逻辑思维能力，积极主动，有责任心，学习能力强； 3、有支付产品、电商交易产品、金融产品实习经历者优先； 4、每周至少实习3天，持续3个月及以上。
