1、牵头落地匹配增长目标的重点战略项目，推动运营、产品营销、产品、销售及各区域跨部门对齐，获取各相关负责人的认可与资源支持； 2、针对高速增长的达人营销、达人广告、AIGC创意产品业务开展战略分析，覆盖商业模式、客户需求、产品使用率、商业化变现机会等维度；对主流平台、新兴初创公司、整个创意技术赛道开展分析，重点研究产品能力、业务流程、市场定位、面向广告主的价值主张；同时研究全球网红营销、创作者内容、品牌广告、AIGC广告创意市场，输出行业供需、产品发展趋势、市场竞争格局相关洞察； 3、对比与其他产品的产品设计、功能模块、用户使用路径，梳理功能短板，挖掘产品迭代、打造差异化竞争力的机会； 4、开展客户访谈，整合广告主、创作者及多方相关方的反馈，形成清晰可落地的产品优化、业务发展建议； 5、通过深度数据分析定位业绩核心驱动要素、诊断业务表现、解读市场&受众趋势，挖掘高价值增长突破口；将庞杂的数据梳理成直观易懂的可视化分析结论，兼顾技术人员与非技术人员的理解需求；协同产品团队推进核心战略项目，确保项目在全球各市场落地节奏、执行标准统一。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、熟练掌握中英双语，可高效对接全球跨地域团队协作； 3、逻辑分析能力、数据敏感度，能够完成复杂业务与产品深度分析；擅长把模糊的业务问题拆解为结构化分析，提炼有效洞察，并输出可落地的行动方案； 4、优秀沟通能力与多方干系人管理能力，可跨文化、跨时区推动跨职能团队协同落地；扎实的项目管理能力，可同步推进多条工作线； 5、工作积极主动、适应性强、学习能力突出，适配跨文化的工作氛围； 6、有以下相关经验者优先：战略运营、战略咨询、管理咨询、产品运营、产品战略、商业分析、数据分析、品牌广告、达人营销、创意类产品、创作者内容运营、广告产品、营销技术、AIGC、生成式AI产品、创意自动化、AI驱动广告工作流。
