1、对接支付渠道和银行等金融机构，理解机构提供的对账文件和内部运营需求，明确对账产品方案，并推进落地； 2、设计和梳理机构端对账标准，形成平台化解决方案，实现渠道高效快速接入； 3、基于不同对账方向，建设一套从对账开始到后续的差错完结的完整对账产品，并能联动账务处理； 4、密切跟进支付运营团队的日常工作，承接运营同学的日常需求，并推进需求落地。

1、3年以上支付或金融行业工作经验，对对账、资金运营管理、核算等有较深的理解，有对账和账务平台建设经验者优先； 2、掌握平台产品设计思路，具备较强的业务分析及抽象能力，有一定的渠道接入经验和会计基础能力者优先； 3、具有较强的逻辑能力与抽象思维，对数据敏感，有较强的商业感知和良好的全局观念；主动性强，有良好的沟通与团队协作能力，敬业有责任心； 4、比较熟练的英语口语和书面沟通能力，有跨区域跨文化沟通经验者加分。
