日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、投放业务数据看板与指标建设，负责投放数据看板与报表的需求梳理、指标口径定义、原型设计及上线推进，为投放优化师与业务决策层提供清晰、稳定的数据支持；监控看板日常数据与指标异常，配合业务方与数仓团队排查口径、数据流及性能问题，持续推进看板易用性迭代； 2、归因Skill/AI Agent效果评测与调优，深度参与归因场景下AI Skill/数据Agent的效果评测工作，构建覆盖单触点/多触点归因、增量归因、归因异动分析等典型场景的Benchmark评测集；针对负面案例进行归因根因下钻，与算法、研发团队紧密协同，提出Prompt优化或策略迭代建议，驱动归因Skill效果提升； 3、业务洞察与临时数据支持，协助完成日常专题数据提取与多维下钻分析，产出结构化的分析结论与可视化图表；沉淀业务指标字典、归因逻辑文档及产品使用手册，提升团队协同效率。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、统计学、数学、信息管理、电子商务或相关专业优先； 2、具备良好的逻辑思维、数据敏感度与文档撰写能力，对产品设计有热情； 3、熟练掌握SQL（可独立完成多表关联与复杂数据提取），了解Python/R或主流BI工具优先； 4、有互联网广告投放、用户增长（UG）、归因分析（如MTA、Lift实验等）相关实习经验优先； 5、了解大语言模型（LLM）、AI Agent或有过Prompt调优/评测集构建经验者优先； 6、有VideCoding作品优先。
