日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：国际化商业安全团队致力于在国际化用户、企业和产品之间建立安全可靠的连接。我们通过一系列完善的系统和能力，审核广告内容、预测政策违规行为，并执行广告审核通过或拒绝的措施。 作为国际商业化团队的业务合作伙伴，我们提供的业务诚信解决方案不仅确保国际化业务始终是一个安全、积极、友好的用户环境，同时也推动业务增长。

1、与产品经理、数据科学家/分析师、软件/机器学习工程师及其他利益相关者密切合作，了解数据需求，并提供满足业务需求的数据解决方案； 2、评估、实施和维护数据基础设施工具和技术，以支持高效的数据处理、存储和查询； 3、设计、构建和优化可扩展的数据管道，以摄取、处理和转换大量数据； 4、为分析报告设计并实施有深度的数据可视化方案； 5、持续优化数据管道、查询和流程，以提高性能、降低延迟并增强可扩展性。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、大数据、信息系统等相关专业优先； 2、学习过数据结构与算法、数据管理/大数据系统或同等课程； 3、使用Python/Java、Shell及其他编程语言进行数据处理的经验； 4、具备有效的沟通技巧和与跨职能团队有效协作的能力； 5、具备出色的问题解决能力、注重细节的能力。

加分项： 1、了解大数据技术（如Apache Hadoop、Spark、Kafka、Flink），热衷于处理从TB到PB级别的数据； 2、了解云数据仓库（例如Snowflake、Databricks、BigQuery）和现代商业智能/数据栈； 3、曾担任数据工程师、数据分析师或相关职位的实习经历。
