1、参与国际化广告系统的建设和迭代，持续改进广告的投放效果和全球数亿用户的体验； 2、运用机器学习、深度学习、LLM等技术，迭代广告Ranking链路和模型，提升流量变现效率； 3、运用运筹优化、因果推断等技术，优化广告Bidding系统，提高广告主预算使用效率； 4、结合AIGC、强化学习等技术，建设新一代自动化投放系统，同时优化广告投放的效率和效果； 5、设计流量策略和混排系统，全局优化广告、电商和自然内容的流量分配，平衡各业务目标和用户体验； 6、针对行业头部客户，设计定制化的效果优化方案，撬动广告主预算增长。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、机器学习和模式识别相关专业； 2、热爱计算机科学和互联网技术，对人工智能类产品有浓厚兴趣； 3、具备优秀的编码能力，熟悉Linux开发环境，熟悉C++和Python语言优先； 4、有扎实的数据结构和算法功底，熟悉机器学习、自然语言处理、数据挖掘、分布式计算、计算机视觉、计算机图形、语音识别与合成中一项或多项； 5、对推荐系统、计算广告、搜索引擎、对话问答、图像和视频分析处理相关技术有经验者优先； 6、优秀的分析问题和解决问题的能力，对解决具有挑战性问题充满激情。
