日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、深入理解商业化业务，分析业务驱动因素，发现业务问题，挖掘业务机会点，为产品决策、市场规划等提供建议； 2、围绕特定课题，完成信息搜集整理与数据分析，协助完成洞察提炼和材料制作等工作； 3、研究广告行业需求，基于实际体验、分析、内外部调研，撰写行业、调研报告，形成关键商业模式的洞察； 4、协同业务重点项目跟进，建设数据过程监控工具，推动项目正常开展。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、每周可实习4-5天，可持续3个月及以上，具有较强的商业敏感性、逻辑思维能力以及快速学习能力； 3、数据处理能力强，熟悉SQL等工具优先； 4、有过战略、商业分析、数据分析工作经验。
