1、理解业务流程，主动识别业务痛点或风险，判断哪些可由系统或AI解决； 2、负责财务系统部分产品的全生命周期管理，包括需求调研、产品规划、设计、开发、测试及上线后的迭代优化，确保产品满足全球用户需求； 3、与研发、设计、测试、运营等跨部门团队紧密协作，清晰传达产品需求，协调资源，把控项目进度，确保产品按时高质量交付； 4、将AI应用于日常工作，开展内外部调研分析、原型与取数、搭建Skill、Agent等相关工作，提升系统团队交付效率与业务管理效率； 5、对财务产品的关键指标进行监控和分析，通过数据挖掘和用户反馈，持续优化产品功能和用户体验，提升产品价值。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，财务、会计、金融、人工智能、信息系统、数据等相关专业优先； 2、熟悉通用大模型与主流AI/Agent工具（如Codex、扣子、TRAE等），有Agent、Skill或评测集搭建实践者优先； 3、有产品思维，能从用户痛点或业务价值出发想问题，说得清一个场景该用通用模型还是领域模型、什么时候不用AI； 4、学习和实践能力强，能把一件事完整闭环； 5、沟通与推动能力强，英语可作为工作语言； 6、有科技公司To B产品实习经历者优先。
