1、负责具体场景的算法方案设计，包括多轮对话与拒识、意图理解和任务拆解、语音与图片理解、场景化推荐等，方案设计与验证由你主导； 2、在端侧的强约束下做效果与成本的权衡，探索小模型、蒸馏、缓存、分层决策等各种可能性，鼓励探索团队尚未尝试的路径； 3、建设RAG与记忆能力，从检索策略、知识组织到效果归因，需独立搭建评测闭环来判断改动是否真的有效； 4、开发Agent相关能力，包括工具调用、流程编排与长程对话/任务管理，并解决相关稳定性与可控性问题； 5、深入分析线上真实案例，找出模型失效的规律，将偶发不良案例转化为可复现、可度量、可优化的问题。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，专业不限，计算机、人工智能、电子信息等背景优先； 2、对大模型有超出"会用"层面的理解，知道模型在哪些场景下会失效、为什么失效，并且对如何改进有自己的看法； 3、有独立完成的AI项目、竞赛成果、论文或开源工作； 4、熟悉Python，用过PyTorch、Transformers、LangChain、LlamaIndex等工具中的一种或多种； 5、有数据敏感度，能独立设计评测、看懂指标背后的问题，追求深度效果优化； 6、愿意跨团队协作将技术效果落地到实际场景，而非仅停留在离线实验阶段。
