ByteIntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。

1、负责番茄网文内容安全及内容质量策略的整体方案规划及策略配置、项目推进； 2、负责监控相关数据，分析存在和潜在的漏洞，制定内容安全、质量策略和优化方案； 3、负责番茄网文安全风险问题的排查与信息的监测，关注流程中的安全和质量问题，加强标准的制定、维护以及执行质量。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读； 2、深刻理解网文内容安全场景，对网文内容质量有较好的判断，了解产品、用户、行业情况；拥有复杂项目的管理和推动经验，具有良好的数据意识和风险敏锐度，具备优秀的分析和解决问题的能力； 3、敢于担当，有强烈的责任感，拥有积极的心态； 4、善于表达和沟通，乐于与合作团队建立良好关系，并且能够推动相关方共同提升。
