日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：团队负责字节跳动中国音乐业务，包括流媒体汽水音乐，抖音音乐、版权内容等相关业务，我们致力于成为具有影响力的音乐平台，成为让用户最容易发现音乐、了解音乐、进行音乐表达和创作、围绕音乐交流的社区。

1、账号运营类：负责音乐节新媒体账号体系运营工作，包括但不限于账号规划、策划选题、账号维护、合作方配合、项目复盘、账号社群运营等；协助收集与分析数字专辑的销售数据及用户反馈； 2、实体生产类：协助实体专辑的生产、包装、物流等环节的协调与跟进；参与专辑设计、印刷、物料制作等环节的沟通与执行； 3、实体营销类：协助整理实体专辑的库存管理及销售数据；参与专辑的线上线下推广计划制定与执行，包括社交媒体宣传、粉丝互动等；以及社交媒体内容创作，包括文案撰写、图片设计、视频剪辑等； 4、渠道运营类：负责音乐周边售卖渠道扩建、日常维护工作，包括但不限于电商渠道基础建设、线下渠道合作、KOL推广合作、内部渠道等； 5、团队协作类：协助团队完成日常事务，包括艺人/粉丝调研、会议记录、文件整理、数据统计、开具发票等；与其他部门（如设计、市场、技术等）保持良好沟通，确保项目顺利推进。

1、本科及以上学历在读，音乐、影视、文化艺术产业相关专业优先； 2、对音乐行业有浓厚兴趣，了解实体专辑与数字专辑的制作及发行流程，熟知娱乐明星、韩流明星者（抽卡&集卡）优先； 3、有新媒体运营、歌曲营销、实体售卖营销、电商从业等复合经验的同学优先； 4、有较强的文字功底、图片及视频处理制作、数据分析能力，会使用设计软件（如Photoshop、Canva等）或视频剪辑工具者、音乐剪辑软件者优先；熟练使用办公软件（如Word、Excel、PPT等），具备基础的数据分析能力； 5、具备较强的学习能力与适应能力，能够在快节奏环境中工作，且对音乐行业有热情，愿意深入了解行业动态与发展趋势；工作认真负责，注重细节，能够高效完成任务，具备良好的沟通能力与团队协作精神； 6、可连续实习3个月以上，每周出勤5天优先。
