1、探索大语言模型在抖音安全蓝军落地场景，构建LLM for Security架构和解决方案，如漏洞检测、代码分析、隐私合规测试等； 2、对大模型在训练、部署、应用等生命周期阶段进行安全测评，挖掘隐私安全风险并推动修复，如内容安全、多模态安全、Agent安全等； 3、跟踪国内外大模型安全最新研究成果、攻击与防御技术，并转化为对内业务能力。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、熟悉至少一门编程语言，包括但不仅限于：Go、Python、Java、C++等； 3、了解大模型方向的研究和应用，有Agent/Prompt/RAG相关设计及实践经验，能够熟练进行模型的部署和优化； 4、掌握主流大模型攻防技术，有越狱攻击、模型窃取、对抗样本攻击、数据投毒等实战研究经验； 5、对大模型、安全攻防技术有浓厚的兴趣，良好的逻辑思维、团队协作能力。
