1、指导抖音直播机构的日常运营工作，围绕直播机构的主播招募、主播孵化、主播内容及主播营收提升等方向，对机构的运营能力和经营水平进行指导，通过识别机构的优秀经验和方法，和机构日常经营的问题，来制定机构增长的解决方案； 2、配合并落地平台对区域公会成长方法论及相关产品策略赋能手段，帮助公会快速成长； 3、围绕平台策略和产品工具，指导机构的应用，并结合机构的问题反馈做好工具能力的提升。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历； 2、对直播/内容/社区/泛娱乐等领域有浓厚的兴趣，性格外向，有较好的对外沟通能力，同时擅长通过沟通来建立与用户的信任，有较好的自我学习能力，同时能够主动自驱力； 3、有互联网B端用户运营等相关实习经验者优先。
