1、负责字节跳动小说相关B/C端产品Web/Hybrid/Wap/小程序/Flutter的前端开发工作； 2、负责高质量的设计和编码，承担重点、难点的技术攻坚，产出清晰的技术方案并落地； 3、参与业务场景（例如：编辑器、阅读器、音/视频播放器）的设计、开发与优化工作； 4、负责相关产品性能优化工作，持续挖掘性能瓶颈并优化，打造极致的产品品质和用户体验； 5、参与前端工程化、技术标准化、通用组件、效率平台开发等工作，打造高效研发工作流。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机等相关专业，扎实的计算机基础知识，熟悉常用的数据结构、算法和设计模式； 2、熟练掌握前端主流框架和技术，有React、TypeScript、Nodejs、小程序、Flutter经验者优先考虑； 3、熟悉前端工程化体系，在研发提效、性能优化、稳定性、工程架构等方面有一定的认知和实践； 4、具备良好的方案设计能力和编码习惯，热爱写代码，能自主完成常规技术方案的设计及落地； 5、具备良好的产品意识和技术敏感度，能及时关注和学习业界最新的前端技术，以技术反哺驱动业务。

加分项： 1、有服务端（Go/Node.js）开发经验； 2、有跨端（Android/iOS/Flutter/小程序）开发经验； 3、热衷于尝试或使用工具软件产品，热衷于提高个人/团队生产力； 4、各大前端技术社区活跃者、有自己的开源项目； 5、小说重度用户。
