1、依据战略发展需求，统筹商家服务人力资源规划，负责保障用户接通感知顺畅； 2、负责长短期话务预测、人力需求预测、排班拟合、现场调度等模块的统筹规划，与交付、服务商管理等团队建立强有力的关系，推动供给资源有效保障和高效投入； 3、结合业务阶段，统筹保障618、双11等重大活动日的用户接通稳定； 4、持续完善资源管控机制，推进指标监控体系的搭建和升级，推进生产力体系全面产品化；参与WFM产品能力建设，产出MRD，统筹对接产品研发持续实现产品赋能； 5、开展员工调研，收集员工反馈，持续优化排班管理和现场管控，均衡生产与员工舒适性需求。

1、具备客服中心现场运营/生产力管理经验者优先； 2、熟悉呼叫中心的现场管理体系，具有较强的洞察力，能处理各种应急事件； 3、逻辑清晰、数据驱动、具备较强的问题挖掘、数据分析和共性问题抽象能力，有较好的沟通协调、跨团队合作能力，自驱力、主动性； 4、有产品思维，能够通过提效工具等手段助力提升资源供给效率，有产品运营/项目运营经验优先； 5、工作细致耐心，有较强的责任心和执行力，具有较强的学习能力。
