1、效果投放与渠道增长：负责效果广告投放全链路运营，围绕不同地区与人群制定差异化投放策略，统筹预算分配、渠道组合与基建建设（渠道接入、归因口径、自动化预警），持续挖掘增量展位与高潜转化场景，对NCA、CPA、ROI等核心目标负责； 2、增长策略与转化经营：主导搭建全域增长体系，覆盖用户获取、激活、转化、留存、复购全链路，设计用户分层运营框架与梯度激励策略，持续优化转化路径与漏斗节点，推动流量增长、营收扩张与ROI持续优化； 3、营销活动与商业化运营落地：负责GTM及常态化营销活动全链路策划与落地，联动产品、商业化、市场、合规等多方资源，创新活动玩法与用户激励模型，基于数据持续优化活动机制与转化链路，提升用户参与度与商业转化效率； 4、数据驱动优化与方法论沉淀：牵头搭建增长指标体系、经营看板与异常监控机制，基于投放效果及后链路转化数据开展深度分析，搭建规模化A/B实验机制量化策略收益，沉淀"洞察—策略—执行—复盘"增长闭环方法论与最佳实践； 5、代理管理、AI能力建设与跨部门协同：统筹管理外部代理日常执行与KPI复盘，对接产品与研发推动广告链路能力持续升级，探索AIGC素材生成与AI自动化投放规模化落地，统筹多方资源前置管控关键风险，推动增长项目高效闭环。

1、本科及以上学历，5年以上产品运营工作经验，有从0到1产品孵化及规模化增长成功案例； 2、精通效果广告投放与渠道流量运营，具备可量化的营收增长、转化率提升、ROI优化成果； 3、数据敏感度高，能独立搭建分析体系，实现从数据洞察到策略落地的完整闭环； 4、跨部门协同与项目统筹能力强，能独立推进复杂业务策略落地； 5、结果导向，英语可作为工作语言。

加分项 1、有商业化、金融科技、电商或出海业务经验，具备大预算效果广告投放实操能力； 2、有代理商管理经验，能设计并落地KPI与复盘考核机制； 3、有跨国/跨区域业务经验，或对AI在广告场景中的应用有实践经验。
