ByteIntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。

1、达人运营：负责重点热点达人运营工作，包括拓展和维护优质达人，依托运营资源、玩法促进热点内容合作落地； 2、项目统筹和执行：负责日常活动运营的统筹与协同工作，包含活动页面搭建、设计需求对接、合同流程跟进、视频物料交付全流程执行； 3、热点话题策划支持：深度参与抖音生活服务热点策划，结合本地生活消费洞察输出创意方向，助力达成内容传播数据指标。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，新闻/传播/市场等相关专业优先； 2、有校园活动或运营实习经历者优先； 3、亲和力高，有优秀的沟通和谈判能力，擅长和人打交道，工作细致、耐心，有高度的责任心； 4、网感好，创意十足，善于运用网络热梗，为短视频平台重度用户； 5、实习时间不低于6个月，每周至少到岗4天以上。
