1、团队管理与能力建设：持续建设并带领热点运营团队，明确团队成员职责与成长路径，提升团队对生活服务全场景热点的敏感度、策划能力与生意转化意识，打造高执行力、高创意性的核心团队，推动团队高效协作，对齐业务核心目标； 2、热点策略与方向把控：主导抖音生活服务热点中台的整体策略制定，立足热点运营的整体价值与核心目标，聚焦“能激发线下消费意愿”的热点方向，挖掘和策划多元的热点话题和热点大事件； 3、热点运营全流程落地：建立和统筹策划热点、突发热点相关的产品和运营链路，包括但不仅限于产品工具能力、运营方法论和执行SOP； 4、业务协同与资源整合：联动抖音生活服务各城市运营线、商家运营、达人运营、产品等团队，推动热点策略的落地执行；沉淀可复用的运营方法论，提升中台的效率与价值； 5、数据驱动与优化迭代：搭建热点运营数据监测体系，跟踪热点传播数据、用户互动数据、生意转化数据（GMV、订单量、核销率等），基于数据复盘优化热点策略与运营打法，提升热点运营的ROI； 6、行业洞察与创新突破：关注用户消费趋势、生活服务消费场景变化与用户需求迭代，主动探索热点运营的创新玩法与模式，平衡短期流量增量与长期用户认知建设，推动热点运营与生活服务业务深度融合，助力业务持续突破。

1、3年以上的平台热点运营相关经验，擅长团队搭建、目标拆解、激励与能力提升； 2、战略思维：具备全局观，能结合生活服务业务整体目标，制定贴合中台定位的热点运营策略，平衡短期流量冲刺与长期认知建设； 3、协同能力：善于跨部门沟通协同，能高效整合内外部资源，推动复杂项目落地，解决运营过程中的跨团队协作问题； 4、创新与迭代：具备强烈的创新意识，能快速响应行业变化与用户需求，基于数据和用户反馈优化运营策略，持续迭代热点运营方法论； 5、能适应快节奏工作，对业务结果负责，能带领团队达成核心目标。
