日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与字节跳动一站式软件研发平台的质量产品建设，提升业务CI-CD全链路质量保障效能； 2、参与质量门禁、安全合规、变更管控相关产品迭代规划、需求分析、产品方案设计等； 3、参与可观测性智能值守分析产品的能力构建、Agent评测优化工作； 4、面向字节跳动内部业务完成产品的实施和推广，并基于用户反馈建立长效产品迭代机制。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机科学、数学专业、信息技术、人工智能或相关专业背景优先； 2、良好的自我驱动力，对平台产品有热情、有好奇心； 3、逻辑清晰，具有良好的问题分析能力和问题解决能力； 4、出色的沟通和团队合作能力，能够与多个团队紧密协作； 5、有产品实习经历优先，实习4个月及以上。
