1、项目全周期统筹：负责土建工程全流程管理（投标至交付），编制各级施工计划，把控质量、进度、成本、安全四大目标；审核管理项目变更签证，建立风险防控体系，协调各方参与方，确保项目按期保质交付； 2、方案与技术管理：组织编制、优化施工组织设计及专项施工方案，结合商办、数据中心项目特点保障方案安全、可行、经济；监督现场施工质量，开展技术交底和巡查，及时纠偏； 3、进度与资源协同：制定土建工程进度计划，分解目标并跟踪复盘，及时调整资源，协同相关部门确保图纸交付、材料设备进场及时，保障施工连续性； 4、内外部管理与沟通：负责项目团队日常管理与建设，提升团队效率； 5、竣工验收与结算：牵头项目自查整改、竣工验收及资料归档，配合完成工程结算，协调处理结算问题，确保项目顺利收尾。

1、建筑工程、土木工程、工民建等相关专业本科及以上学历，系统掌握土建工程专业知识，熟悉商业办公项目或数据中心土建相关行业规范、国家标准及施工工艺； 2、5年以上建设工程项目管理经验，其中至少3年以上商业办公/数据中心项目管理经验，曾担任项目经理、项目总等核心管理岗位，有2个以上商办项目或数据中心全周期管理履历； 3、具备较强的合同管理、资源统筹、沟通协调及问题解决能力，能独立处理项目综合性难题，持有一级建造师（建筑工程）、PMP等证书者优先； 4、熟练使用Office、Project等办公及项目管理软件，具备较强的公文写作能力，能规范撰写项目报告、技术方案等文件； 5、责任心强，能长期驻场办公，具备良好的职业操守及团队管理能力。
