1、基于业务需求开展数据分析，为专项工作提供数据分析支持，从数据维度探寻优化方向并提出优化建议； 2、协助建设经营数据体系与分析平台，支持收入、成本、资源效率、业务结构等指标分析与可视化； 3、参与基于大模型的智能分析能力建设，覆盖AI经营问答、指标分析、异常归因和策略辅助等方向； 4、协同产品研发团队，梳理数据口径与交付标准，推进数据链路搭建，运用数据解决实际业务问题。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，数学、统计学或计算机科学相关专业优先； 2、热爱研发工作，有较强的好奇心与进取心，对大数据应用、经营分析、数据产品或经营管理有浓厚兴趣； 3、具备良好的数据分析和逻辑思维能力，具备SQL、Python、BI工具使用能力者优先； 4、对大模型、智能Agent、RAG、Prompt-Engineering等技术和应用方向有一定了解者优先； 5、具备良好的沟通协作能力和执行力。
