1、负责抖音生活服务线下业务的创意视觉工作，包含线下物料的设计，制定创意方案，创作主视觉，完善设计细节； 2、关注行业内设计趋势，有过一定线下物料、周边礼品、包装设计经验； 3、洞察和分析设计趋势，研究目标用户审美倾向，定制符合体验且有创意的设计方案。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，设计类专业优先； 2、可独立完成设计工作，有较好的平面排版及主视觉创造能力，能很好的整合信息及元素，完成各种风格的画面设计； 3、有较强创意能力，富有好奇心和娴熟的设计技巧，能够突破传统创造新的视觉语言； 4、会用AI工具辅助创意设计、落地设计物料； 5、良好的团队合作精神，细心，具有较强责任感。
