1、2027届获得本科及以上学历； 2、有平台达人/商业化运营相关实习经验优先；了解创作者变现生态，对达人营销业务有理解，有项目管理的能力； 3、有项目、平台项目、达人项目策划落地经验，有市场营销经验的优先； 4、目标意识强，能够以目标数据为导向进行策略制定，并推动落地执行； 5、有数据分析基础能力，逻辑能力强，能够进行基础的业务分析。
