1、数据分析：负责生态伙伴运营数据（活跃度、健康度、转化效率等）的收集、清洗与分析，搭建数据看板，定期输出分析报告，支持运营策略制定； 2、产品需求：收集整理生态伙伴的产品反馈与需求，撰写PRD，跟进需求评审与落地，沉淀场景化解决方案； 3、跨团队协调：联动产品、研发、运营、市场等部门，推动生态项目落地，组织跨团队会议，跟进决议执行； 4、运营支持：维护合作伙伴关系，调研整理成功案例，支持培训及活动落地。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、熟练使用Excel（透视表、VLOOKUP等），具备数据可视化能力，会SQL/Python优先； 3、能撰写产品需求文档（PRD），有用户调研或需求分析经验，深度使用飞书产品优先； 4、有To B SaaS、数据分析或产品实习经验加分。
