团队介绍：数据工程与平台团队旨在实现人类知识与经验向模型能力的加速迁移。我们从真实场景出发，通过模型短板识别、高质量数据定义、规模化数据生产，提升模型能力。与此同时，团队还致力于依托训练反馈，反哺数据设计，推动系统迭代，构建业内一流的数据工程能力与平台。

日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、评测体系建设：参与大模型评测的工程基础设施的开发工作，包括评测集的接入、生产、管理，模型推理及采样，机评能力建设，评估结果的分析等评测核心能力的开发工作； 2、评测Agent搭建：探索自动评测、高质量评测集构建等前沿评测方法，在评测场景搭建AI Agent，为评测业务提供端到端的高效、自动化的交付能力。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、人工智能、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、具备优秀的逻辑思维能力及较强的学习能力，能快速理解复杂Agent逻辑、评测痛点与业务目标，主动思考能力突出，能够积极推进工作；有大模型/LLM/Agent评测、对话系统评估、模型迭代、模型训练相关经验优先； 3、具备高度自驱力和卓越的执行力，专注结果达成，勇于突破常规，对高质量工作有执着追求，坚持解决问题； 4、有评测集构建、评测方案设计、数据分析/结论提炼能力，能从数据中发现核心问题并提出有效解决方案； 5、熟悉主流大模型生态，有评测工具开发、自动化评测、模型调用经验者优先。
