日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、围绕灵活用工模式开展政策、法规、行业实践及企业案例研究； 2、协助梳理灵活用工分类管理思路、管理规则及业务场景，支持相关政策的制定与迭代； 3、参与灵活用工场景下的用工合规、信息安全等风险研究，协助完成风险识别、分级与分析； 4、收集、整理并分析灵活用工相关业务数据，协助搭建指标体系、数据看板及分析报告； 5、探索AI在政策检索、信息提炼、风险识别、数据分析和知识管理等场景中的应用； 6、协助沉淀政策文件、研究材料、数据资料和行业案例，支持团队知识库建设，配合团队完成跨部门项目所需的资料准备、会议纪要、进度跟进及成果整理。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、学习能力强，保持好奇心，能够快速理解陌生领域和复杂业务问题； 3、具备良好的信息检索、逻辑分析、归纳总结和文字表达能力，能够输出高质量咨询报告； 4、做事认真细致，具有风险意识，重视信息准确性与交付质量； 5、具备基础的数据分析能力，熟练使用Excel；掌握SQL、Python或数据可视化工具者优先； 6、具备良好的沟通协作意识，能够主动同步进展并根据反馈快速调整。
