日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责内外基建平台的产品能力迭代，对接业务团队，深度挖掘业务场景痛点与功能诉求； 2、参与后台产品全流程迭代，独立完成需求收集、梳理与优先级判断，输出产品需求方案与优化建议，配合推进功能开发、验收与上线； 3、跟踪后台产品上线后的业务数据与使用反馈，输出迭代复盘结论，持续推动后台流程提效与能力升级； 4、协助搭建后台产品的运营规范与使用指引，保障业务侧高效、准确地使用后台能力。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、具备清晰的逻辑思维与问题拆解能力，能够将零散的业务诉求归纳为结构化的产品问题，有条理地推进问题解决； 3、具备较强的跨角色沟通协调能力，可顺畅对接业务、产品、研发等不同团队，准确传递需求、同步项目进度； 4、具备独立完成需求收集与方案输出的能力，可自主开展业务访谈、信息调研，输出完整的需求梳理文档与可落地的产品方案； 5、每周可到岗4天，实习期不少于3个月，可尽快到岗者优先； 6、对音乐行业、作者生态有一定认知，有后台产品、产品运营相关实习经验优先。
