日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、协助编写和维护Shader，实现角色、场景的材质效果，配合美术团队落地视觉需求； 2、参与美术生产管线优化，开发简单自动化工具，提升资源制作效率； 3、配合程序与美术团队，排查游戏渲染性能问题； 4、调研行业前沿技术（如程序化生成、AI辅助美术），参与技术验证与落地。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、人工智能、数字媒体等相关专业优先； 2、熟悉至少一款主流游戏引擎（Unity/Unreal），了解渲染管线基础原理； 3、具备基础编程能力，熟悉Python、C++、C#、HLSL中任意一种语言，有简单代码编写经验； 4、熟悉常见美术工具（Maya/Blender/Max/Photoshop），具备基础美术审美与资源制作认知； 5、热爱游戏，对技术美术领域有强烈兴趣，学习能力强，善于跨团队沟通。

加分项 1、了解Houdini和程序化生成工具及制作流程； 2、了解机器学习和人工智能的相关知识，有常见AIGC工具的使用经验； 3、参与过校园游戏项目、独立游戏开发，或有相关实习经验。
