1、数据分析与决策支持：建立并维护人力效能指标体系，追踪招聘质量、人才发展、组织健康度等组织效能相关数据，持续识别组织运行中的趋势、机会与潜在风险，为管理决策提供依据； 2、专项研究与项目推动：进行专项问题分析，从数据中识别管理问题，为业务团队提供有价值的洞察，并推动改善建议落地； 3、行业深度研究与洞察：追踪行业动态，研究外部标杆企业的先进案例，对比外部优秀实践与内部现状，提出可落地的优化建议； 4、组织机制与管理优化：与HRBP和COE合作，开展组织相关项目，包括但不限于组织诊断、流程优化、编制管理、绩效管理等。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，专业不限，人力资源、心理学、管理学、社会学、经济学、统计学等相关专业优先； 2、具备良好的数据分析能力，熟练使用Excel，有SQL、Python等数据分析工具使用经验者加分； 3、对人和组织相关的话题有求知欲与好奇心，不满足于表面数字，愿意挖掘数据背后的管理逻辑； 4、具备快速学习能力，良好的洞察力、逻辑思考力，能够解构复杂问题，并形成判断； 5、良好的沟通与协作能力，能够关注工作产出对业务的实际价值，有自驱力和责任感； 6、英语可作为工作语言。
