1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，专业不限； 2、有内容行业实习经验优先，具有安全/版权和内容策略运营实习经验优先，有模型优化运营实习经验优先； 3、逻辑性强，有一定的数据分析能力，能够通过数据分析确定问题，制定策略； 4、具备一定的机器学习和模型算法知识； 5、对版权保护或者内容安全和生态治理有热情，具备内容判断能力，能判断安全或侵权风险。
