1、AI创意产品规模化：运营GenAI工具在全球市场的渗透，监控全球等区域使用率，输出本地化优化方案；分析AIGC内容效果数据，反哺产品迭代需求； 2、达人营销生态建设：分析达人分层运营策略落地；协助品牌案例拆解，提炼可复制的达人种草模型； 3、品牌&营销IP与节点运营：参与全球关键营销节点的创意产品方案设计；跟踪短剧/品牌竞价等非标产品的客户覆盖进度，建立区域标杆案例库； 4、数据驱动决策：搭建自动化监控看板；通过归因分析定位增长瓶颈。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历； 2、英语可作为工作语言，数据分析强逻辑：熟练使用SQL/Python或BI工具（Tableau等），能独立完成漏斗拆解； 3、结构化表达：具备市场需求文档撰写经验，能清晰提炼客户需求→产品方案。
