1、建设和优化内部企业级平台，支持采购、合同、办公服务、人力资源、财务、法务等关键职能高效运转，负责产品全生命周期管理，从战略规划、方案设计到实施、安全保障及持续优化，打造安全、可扩展且易用的内部产品，提升运营效率，通过数据驱动决策，支撑全球业务发展； 2、评估新兴AI工具，主导试点项目，推动AI工具落地，优先推进高价值人工作业流程的AI驱动自动化，主导AI工作流和工具的端到端实施，实现效率与质量的可衡量提升； 3、构建多渠道反馈收集机制，捕捉用户评价，识别系统性问题，建立「反馈归集-产品数据分析-落地迭代」闭环机制，将洞察直接转化为产品改进决策，明确使用场景和趋势； 4、流程优化与运营支持：简化产品发布流程，制定功能推出及沟通管理框架，保障跨部门协同一致与有效实施；设计流程、工具和治理模型，开展市场调研，制作培训材料，保障用户充分掌握新功能与工作流程，减少流程摩擦，实现规模化执行，支撑产品团队高效协同推进工作； 5、跨职能协同与标准化管理：协同跨职能团队对齐目标，协调工作流程、管理依赖关系，维护标准化运营模式、文档及标准作业程序（SOP），向相关部门同步产品和运营动态，确保信息及时准确流转。

1、拥有5年以上科技公司产品运营、AI赋能、产品管理、业务运营或项目管理相关工作经验； 2、具备AI项目全链路主导经验，可独立搭建可规模化推广的运营框架、全链路用户反馈闭环系统及数据指标分析体系，落地动作可产出可量化的效率、质量提升指标，价值可衡量； 3、具备敏锐的产品直觉和商业意识，能快速解读产品战略、识别风险并预判结果，拥有从0到1搭建可扩展的运营框架、反馈体系或数据分析项目的成功经验； 4、具备出色的书面和口头沟通能力，可针对不同受众简化表达复杂信息，具备较强的数据分析思维，善于利用产品使用数据、仪表盘和KPI体系辅助决策； 5、具备较强的组织能力，积极主动，可在模糊业务场景中快速梳理逻辑、建立结构化执行框架，消除信息差与方向不确定性，拥有全球跨区域团队协作经验，可适配多文化、多时区协作模式； 6、英语和普通话流利，可与不同区域的业务需求方紧密合作。
