1、参与字节跳动存储产品（对象存储、块存储、文件存储、日志服务、消息队列等）的市场调研、需求分析、产品规划、产品路径图制定等工作； 2、参与字节跳动存储for AI方向的行业研究（智能数据处理、KVCache、缓存、Context Engineering等），调研并输出洞察分析报告； 3、支持业务发展，在ToB侧联动销售、售前团队，提供产品培训与支持，收集市场反馈与产品动态，优化产品策略；在集团内部业务侧参与对字节跳动关键C端业务的存储需求支持； 4、协同研发团队明确技术方案，跟进开发进度，参与测试验收，确保产品功能符合设计预期，推动版本迭代与问题优化。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程相关专业； 2、有计算机编程基础，有业内主流AI应用类产品的实操经验； 3、具备较强的需求分析与产品设计能力，能将复杂业务转化为可落地的产品方案； 4、了解ToB产品运作模式，具备良好的跨团队沟通协调能力和项目推动能力。
