1、负责抖音社区反诈治理相关工作，分析黑产作弊链路，从全链路发现风险信号特征，并应用于线上防控策略迭代； 2、独立为具体业务场景和风险场景负责，能够联动算法、研发、审核、运营团队落地治理方案，共同为结果负责； 3、了解抖音App产品功能，对业务规模及用户转化等数据有敏锐的洞察力，能基于数据做出风险判断； 4、持续挖掘黑灰产新增欺诈手法，迭代Agent识别逻辑与对抗策略，推进自动化研判、处置、复盘的治理体系升级。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机/信息安全/统计学/数学及相关专业优先； 2、有技术背景优先，有反诈相关领域工作经验优先，具有较强的数据分析能力和逻辑判断能力，目标导向； 3、拥有强烈的责任心和团队合作精神，出色的学习能力； 4、具备强烈的好奇心和自我驱动力，喜欢接受挑战。
