1、协助抖音生活服务房产行业面向商家、经纪人的商业产品建设，进行业务及生态分析，挖掘业务发展的机会，基于分析结果和机会洞察，协助持续创新、推动可落地的商业解决方案； 2、负责抖音生活服务房产行业商业产品变现效率的提升，通过AI工具、营销优惠、活动激励等平台能力迭代，为收入增长负责； 3、管理产品上线后的跟踪优化和异常指标分析，以商家价值、平台价值为核心出发点，持续寻求改进，提升商家在商业产品上的体验； 4、推进跨部门沟通，协调资源保证团队协作效率，确保需求项目按预期交付。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、经济学、管理学等相关专业优先； 2、热爱互联网产品，对使用的产品有自己独特的思考和见解，有商业产品、增值产品相关产品实习经验优先； 3、具备较好逻辑思维能力及沟通协调能力，责任心强，踏实敬业； 4、对数据敏感，具备良好的数据分析能力和意识，善于发掘背后数据的问题； 5、具备较强的学习能力，能快速拓展自己的知识范围。
