1、了解互联网信贷风控模式和信贷全流程，参与制定贷前/贷中准入，额度，定价等相关策略； 2、挖掘生态内部和外部数据，构建基本风险模型，完善用户画像体系； 3、对风险政策，策略效果等进行跟踪和分析，优化风控策略； 4、搭建风险监控体系，对资产质量，风险指标进行监控，对异常指标进行定位分析和解决； 5、与产品、研发团队协作，参与风控系统相关的流程设计、需求对接及跟进落地。

1、2年或以上互联网金融或银行信用卡等消费金融业务风控相关工作经验； 2、熟悉消费金融产品，对此类产品的目标用户客群有一定的理解；熟悉了解消费金融风险要点和全生命周期风控体系； 3、良好的数据和流程分析能力、归纳总结能力及洞察力强；具备较强的信息采集和分析判断能力，对客户风险分析有丰富的经验； 4、熟悉基本风控建模方法和模型评估、应用； 5、熟练基本的计算机技术，如Python/SAS/R，统计学习方法，Hive/SQL。
