1、负责抖音电商即配履约业务的前端开发工作； 2、负责业务组件开发、平台优化，业务基建等工作； 3、攻克项目疑难问题，支持高难度需求开发； 4、了解外卖业务在实际过程中的运行情况，并从技术角度提出优化方案，提升整体业务效率。

1、计算机基础扎实，熟练掌握React，JavaScript，ES5/6，CSS，熟练掌握各种布局； 2、对解决浏览器兼容性问题、前端性能优化有一定的经验； 3、理解工程化思想，对构建和持续集成有一定认识，熟悉一种构建工具； 4、理解组件化开发思想，有一定的设计能力，熟悉最少一种前端主流框架； 5、了解常见的后端技术栈和工具，有多角色协作完成项目的实践经验； 6、具备良好的服务意识、责任心、较强的学习能力、优秀的团队沟通与协作能力； 7、有Node、B端系统 以及运营后台开发经验的优先； 8、有模块方向负责人经验的优先，能够带领3-5人完成一个系统开发。
