1、参与抖音/多闪等APP端内场景的小火人互动玩法页面、3D玩法开发； 2、完整参与从需求评审、技术方案设计、编码、前后端联调协作并上线的全流程，保证交付质量。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机等相关专业优先； 2、良好的设计和编码思维，热爱写代码能产出高质量的设计和代码； 3、掌握Web前端开发技术：JavaScript（含ES6）、HTML、CSS、DOM等，熟悉页面布局，对前端常用框架（Vue、React）有一定的了解或者具备相关开发经验； 4、对轻量游戏/渲染引擎（Cocos、Laya、PixiJS、Threejs等）有了解，有图形学相关经验加分； 5、有AI Agent提效实践经验加分； 6、具备良好的责任心、较强的学习能力、优秀的团队沟通与协作能力，注重代码规范。
